प्रदेश में 12 वीं अब 85 फीसदी अंक लाने वाले विद्यार्थियों को ही 25 हजार मिलेंगे, 75% अंक वाले बाहर
www.newsjobmp.com--मप्र माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल की 85 फीसदी से अधिक अंकों से बारहवीं परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को लैपटाप के लिए पच्चीस - पच्चीस हजार रुपए की राशि मिलेगी । स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग ने राशि देने की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है । ऐसे विद्यार्थियों की संख्या करीब 16 हजार है । सरकार पूर्व की तुलना में राशि देने में करीब 160 करोड़ बचाएगी । जानकारी के मुताबिक बीती 26 जुलाई को मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने एमपी बोर्ड के 12 वीं कक्षा के मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को लैपटॉप प्रदाय को योजना पुनः प्रारंभ करने की घोषणा की थी । इसके अंतर्गत सरकार द्वारा मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को लैपटॉप खरीदने के लिए 25 हजार रुपए , को प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जाएगी । मुख्यमंत्री चौहान ने कहा कि शैक्षणिक सत्र 2019-20 के लिए माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल मप्र द्वारा आयोजित 12 वीं को मुख्य परीक्षा में उत्कृष्टता प्रदर्शित करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को इस योजना का लाभ दिया जाएगा । योजना का लाभ नियमित एवं स्वाध्यायी दोनों प्रकार के विद्यार्थियों को दिया जाएगा । इससे कयास लगाए जा रहे थे कि योजना का लाभ कितने प्रतिशत अंक के आधार पर दिया जाएगा । अब साफ हो गया है कि विभाग द्वारा योजना का लाभ 85 फीसदी या उससे अधिक अंक वाले विद्यार्थियों को दिया जा रहा है । ऐसे विद्यार्थियों की संख्या प्रदेश में करीब सोलह हजार है । आठ साल पहले शुरू हुई थी लैपटाप वितरण की योजना आठ साल पहले मुख्यमंत्री मेघावी प्रोत्साहन योजना के तहत बारहवीं में 85 या उससे अधिक प्रतिशत अंक लाने वाले विद्यार्थियों के लिए सरकार ने लैपटाप वितरण योजना शुरू की थी । योजना के प्रारंभ में विद्यार्थियों की संख्या दो हजार के आसपास होती थी । इस समय तक विद्यार्थियों को लैपटाप के लिए पच्चीस - पच्चीस हजार रुपए की राशि खरीदने के लिए दी जाती है|
वहीं प्रदेश के विद्यार्थियों को 75% अंकों में लैपटॉप न मिलने पर स्वाभाविक है इसका विरोध भी प्रारंभ होगा,
वहीं दूसरी तरफ पिछले शैक्षणिक सत्र में 12वीं में 75% से अधिक अंक प्राप्त विद्यार्थियों को किसी भी प्रकार की राशि प्राप्त नहीं हुई है पिछले वर्ष 75% से अधिक अंक प्राप्त छात्र-छात्राएं लगातार इसकी मांग कर रहे हैं कि वर्तमान शैक्षणिक सत्र में हम लोगों को भी शामिल कर के मेधावी योजना की पात्रता में शामिल किया जाए|
