www.newsjobmp.com--प्रदेश में कोरोना संक्रमण के दृष्टिगत निम्न आय वर्ग वाले सभी एक किलोवाट तक के घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं के देयकों की 31 अगस्त तक की बकाया राशि को आस्थगित करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं। इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिये गए हैं।
सचिव ऊर्जा श्री आकाश त्रिपाठी ने तीनों विद्युत वितरण कम्पनियों के प्रबंध संचालकों को निर्देशित किया है कि एक किलोवाट तक के संयोजित भार वाले घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को आगामी सितम्बर एवं अक्टूबर, 2020 में मात्र उनकी वर्तमान मासिक खपत के आधार पर विद्युत देयक जारी किये जायें एवं पूर्व बकाया एवं सरचार्ज राशि का समावेश न किया जाये।
इस श्रेणी में माह सितम्बर में जारी होने वाले देयकों में केवल मासिक खपत का देयक जारी होगा अर्थात उसमें कोई भी पिछली बकाया राशि एवं एरियर्स सम्मिलित नहीं होंगे। माह अक्टूबर 2020 के देयकों में मासिक खपत देयक के साथ यदि किसी उपभोक्ता द्वारा माह सितम्बर का देयक नहीं भरा गया है तो उसकी बकाया राशि मय सरचार्ज के शामिल होगी। आस्थगित बकाया राशि (31 अगस्त की स्थिति में) के बारे में पृथक से निर्देश जारी किये जायेंगे। इन निर्देशों का कड़ाई से समय पर पालन सुनिश्चित करने और बिलिंग सॉफ्टवेयर में 31 अगस्त तक अनिवार्यत: आवश्यक परिवर्तन करने के निर्देश दिये गए हैं।
Instructions to defer the arrears of domestic electricity consumers till August 31
In view of the Corona transition in the state, instructions have been given to defer the arrears of the dues of domestic consumers up to one kilowatt up to August 31. Orders have been issued in this regard.
Secretary Energy Shri Akash Tripathi has directed the Managing Directors of the three power distribution companies that domestic consumers with a combined load of up to one kilowatt should be issued electricity bills in the coming September and October 2020 only on the basis of their current monthly consumption and earlier Arrears and surcharge amount should not be included.
In this category, only monthly consumption bills will be released in the bills due in September, that is, it will not include any previous arrears and arrears. In the bills of October 2020, if a consumer has not filled the bill for the month of September with the monthly consumption bill, then his outstanding amount will be included in the surcharge. Separate instructions will be issued regarding deferred dues (as on 31 August). Instructions have been given to ensure strict adherence to these instructions and to make necessary changes to the billing software by 31 August.
