www.newsjobmp.com--प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थी प्रोत्साहन योजनान्तर्गत माध्यमिक शिक्षा मण्डल मध्यप्रदेश द्वारा आयोजित वर्ष 2020 की कक्षा 12 वीं की मुख्य परीक्षा में शासकीय तथा अशासकीय विद्यालयों के सभी वर्गों के 85 प्रतिशत या उससे अधिक अंक प्राप्त कर उत्तीर्ण हुए विद्यार्थियों को लैपटॉप क्रय हेतु रू . 25000 / - की राशि प्रति छात्र के मान से प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रदाय की जाएगी । समस्त पात्र हितग्राहियों को राशि का अंतरण राज्य स्तरीय वर्चुअल कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी एवं माननीय शिक्षा मंत्री जी द्वारा किया जायेगा ।
2 / योजना अंतर्गत प्रोत्साहन राशि सभी पात्र विद्यार्थियों के बैंक अकाउंट में ' वन क्लिक ' के माध्यम से ट्रान्सफर की जाएगी । इस हेतु सभी विद्यार्थियों के बैंक अकाउंट की जानकारी जिला शिक्षा अधिकारियों द्वारा शिक्षा पोर्टल पर अद्यतन की गयी है ।
3 / कोविड -19 संक्रमण के दृष्टिगत प्रत्येक जिले पर जिले के सर्वोच्च वरीयता अंक प्राप्त 10-10 विद्यार्थियों को जिला स्तर पर NIC कक्ष में आमंत्रित कर माननीय जन प्रतिनिधियों / कलेक्टर द्वारा एक संक्षिप्त कार्यक्रम में प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया जायेगा । शेष विद्यार्थी वेबलिंक के माध्यम से माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित कार्यक्रम से ऑनलाइन जुडेगे । कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन हेतु निम्नानुसार कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करें अ माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी द्वारा उपर्युक्तानुसार वर्चुअल कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से सभी प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों को संबोधित किया जायेगा । इस हेतु सभी जिलों में मेरिट अनुसार प्रथम 10 विद्यार्थी जिले के उपलब्ध NIC के वीडियो कॉनफेसिंग कक्षों में उपस्थित हो सकेंगे । माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी के संबोधन पश्चात इन 10 विद्यार्थियों को स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों / कलेक्टर के माध्यम से प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किये जाए ।
10 विद्यार्थियों के अतिरिक्त शाला विशेष के प्रथम 10 पात्र विद्यार्थी उनकी शाला से सहभागिता करेगें । वर्चुअल कार्यक्रम के पश्चात् इन सभी विद्यार्थियों को स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों के मार्गदर्शन से सम्मानित किया जाए । स- जिले तथा शाला स्तर पर सम्मिलित होने वाले 10-10 विद्यार्थियों के अतिरिक्त शेष समस्त विद्यार्थी उनके स्थानों से कार्यक्रम में सहभागिता कर सकेंगे । उक्त विद्यार्थी जिस विद्यालय के छात्र रहे थे . उस विद्यालय के प्राचार्य उनके विद्यालय के प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों को इस वर्चुअल कार्यक्रम में सहभागिता हेतु कार्यक्रम की वर्चुअल वेबलिंक उपलब्ध कराएंगे एवं इस कार्यक्रम में उनकी सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करेंगे । 1 NIC तथा शाला स्तर पर होने वाले कार्यक्रमों में गृह विभाग तथा स्वास्थ्य विभाग के प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार व्यवस्थाएँ की जाए । विशेषतः कार्यक्रम स्थल का सेनेटाइजेशन , फिजिकल डिस्टेंसिग तथा मास्किंग का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए । इस हेतु जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी तथा संबंधित प्राचार्य द्वारा स्वास्थ्य विभाग से आवश्यक समन्वय कर लिया जाए । ई कार्यकम की तिथि तथा वेबलिंक के संबंध में पृथक से सूचित किया जायेगा ।

Honorable Chief Minister released funds distribution program for purchasing laptops under gifted student incentive scheme.
www.newsjobmp.com-- Under the Talented Students Incentive Scheme, students of all classes of government and non-government schools secured 85 percent or more marks in the main examination of class 12th in the year 2020 organized by Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education for purchasing laptops. Rs An amount of Rs. 25000 / - will be provided at the value of per student. The transfer of funds to all eligible beneficiaries will be done through the state level virtual program by Hon'ble Chief Minister and Hon'ble Education Minister.
2 / The incentive amount under the scheme will be transferred to the bank account of all eligible students through 'One Click'. For this, the information of bank accounts of all the students has been updated on the education portal by the District Education Officers.
3 / Kovid-19 In view of the transition, 10-10 students with highest priority marks in each district will be invited to the NIC room at the district level and will be honored by providing certificates in a brief program by the honorable public representatives / collector. Remaining students will join online through weblink to the program organized under the chairmanship of Hon'ble Chief Minister. Ensure action as follows for successful organization of the program. All the talented students will be addressed by the Honorable Chief Minister through a virtual program as mentioned above. For this, first 10 students will be able to appear in the video conferencing rooms of NIC available in the district as per merit in all districts. After the address of Hon'ble Chief Minister, these 10 students should be given certificates through local public representatives / collectors.
In addition to 10 students, the first 10 eligible students of special school will participate in their school. After the virtual program, all these students should be awarded with the guidance of the local people's representatives. C- In addition to the 10-10 students joining at district and school level, all the remaining students will be able to participate in the program from their places. The school where the said student was a student. The principal of that school will provide the virtual weblink of the program to the talented students of their school to participate in this virtual program and ensure their participation in the program. Arrangements should be made according to the protocols of Home Department and Health Department in the programs to be held at NIC and school level. In particular, special attention should be paid to the sanitation, physical distancing and masking of the venue. For this, necessary coordination with the Health Department should be done by the District Education Officer and the concerned Principal.
