मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस भर्ती में संविदा कर्मियों का 20 फीसदी आरक्षण खत्म
www.newsjobmp.com----पुलिस भर्ती में अब संविदा के लिए आरक्षित नहीं होंगे 20 फीसदी पद- संविदा पर नियुक्त अधिकारी - कर्मचारियों को नियमित पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए 20 प्रतिशत पद आरक्षित किए जाने के प्रावधान से कैबिनेट ने पुलिस भर्ती को मुक्त रखने का निर्णय लिया है । यानी अब संविदा पर पुलिस में लोगों नहीं रखा जाएगा । इसके साथ ही कैबिनेट ने रक्षा मंत्रालय के डीआरडीओ ( डिफेंस रिसर्च डेवलपमेंट आर्गेनाइजेशन ) को ग्वालियर के महाराजपुर में निःशुल्क जमीन देने का भी निर्णय लिया है।वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए हुई वर्चुअल कैबिनेट में मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान समेत मंत्री मौजूद रहे । बताया जा रहा है कि पुलिस महकमे में 15 फीसदी होमगार्ड से और 10 फीसदी आर्मी से लोग आते हैं । अभी तक संविदा के भी 20 फीसदी लोग लेने के कारण 45 फीसदी आरक्षण हो जाता था । इसी के कारण संविदा के आरक्षण को खत्म किया गया ।

सभी जिला मुख्यालयों पर महिला पुलिस थाना होना जरूरी
गृह मंत्री ने पुलिस मुख्यालय में गृह विभाग की समीक्षा करते हुए पुलिस महानिदेशक श्री विवेक जौहरी को प्रदेश में अधिकतम पुलिस आवास निर्माण के लिये पहल करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने समीक्षा के दौरान सभी जिला मुख्यालयों पर महिला पुलिस थाने की आवश्यकता पर भी बल दिया। बैठक में अपराध अनुसंधान और योजना शाखाओं की समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक श्री अन्वेष मंगलम भी मौजूद रहे।
गृह मंत्री डॉ. मिश्रा ने कहा कि कांस्टेबल पुलिस विभाग की महत्वपूर्ण इकाई हैं, जिन्हें जिलों में पदस्थापना के दौरान आवास समस्या का सामना करना पड़ता है। उनकी आवास समस्या के निराकरण के लिये मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस हाउसिंग कॉर्पोरेशन को पुलिस विभाग के लिये अधिकतम आवास का निर्माण करना चाहिये, जिससे वे अपने दायित्वों का बेहतर निर्वहन कर सकें। बैठक में अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक श्री अनिल कुमार ने बताया कि पुलिस आवास निर्माण के लिये प्रस्ताव शासन स्तर पर विचाराधीन है। मंत्री डॉ. मिश्रा ने निर्देशित किया कि प्रकरण में उचित कार्यवाही के लिये नियमानुसार सभी पुख्ता कदम उठाये जायें।
बैठक में अपराध अनुसंधान शाखा की समीक्षा के दौरान अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक श्री कैलाश मकवाना ने अवगत कराया कि प्रदेश के 10 जिलों में महिला थाना स्थापित किये गये हैं। मंत्री डॉ. मिश्रा ने कहा कि प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में महिलाओं से संबंधित अपराधों की विवेचना के लिये महिला थाना होना जरूरी है। उन्होंने इसके लिये आवश्यक पहल करने के निर्देश दिये।
चिटफण्ड कम्पनियों से गरीबों को पैसा दिलवायें
मंत्री डॉ. मिश्रा ने अपराध अनुसंधान की समीक्षा के दौरान पुलिस अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि चिटफण्ड कम्पनियों के विरुद्ध सख्ती से कार्यवाही की जाये। उन्होंने कहा कि गरीबों के साथ धोखाधड़ी करने वाली चिटफण्ड कम्पनियों से गरीबों को पैसा लौटाने के लिये भी आवश्यक कदम उठाये जायें। बैठक में बताया गया कि विगत सवा माह में 150 से ज्यादा शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई हैं। लगभग डेढ़ करोड़ रुपया चिटफण्ड कम्पनियों से संबंधितों को वापस लौटाया भी गया है।

Additional Director General of Police Shri Anvesh Mangalam was also present in the meeting.
Home Minister Dr. Mishra said that constables are important units of Police Department, which have to face housing problem during posting in districts. To solve their housing problem, Madhya Pradesh Police Housing Corporation should construct maximum housing for the police department, so that they can discharge their duties better. Additional Director General of Police Shri Anil Kumar informed that the proposal for construction of police housing is under consideration at the government level. Minister Dr. Mishra directed that all concrete steps should be taken as per rules for proper action in the case.
During the review of Crime Research Branch in the meeting, Additional Director General of Police Shri Kailash Makwana informed that women police stations have been established in 10 districts of the state. Minister Dr. Mishra said that it is necessary to have a women police station in all the districts of the state to investigate crimes related to women. He instructed to take necessary initiatives for this.
Get money from the chit fund companies to the poor
Minister Dr. Mishra directed the police officers to take strict action against the chit fund companies during the review of crime research. He said that necessary steps should also be taken to return money to the poor from chit fund companies who cheat the poor. It was informed in the meeting that more than 150 complaints have been received in the last quarter. Nearly one and a half crore rupees have also been returned to those related to chit fund companies.
