मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान की यूजीसी के नए निर्देशों के परिप्रेक्ष्य में बैठक
मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि प्रदेश में विश्वविद्यालयीन परीक्षाओं में स्नातक में प्रथम एवं द्वितीय वर्ष तथा स्नातकोत्तर परीक्षाओं में प्रथम वर्ष की परीक्षाएं नहीं करवाने का निर्णय पूर्व में लिया गया है। तदनुसार गत परीक्षाओं के अंकों के आधार पर अंतिम वर्ष/सेमेस्टर में प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। यूजीसी के नवीन निर्देशों के अनुसार अंतिम वर्ष/सेमेस्टर की परीक्षाएं करवाई जाएंगी। तकनीकी शिक्षा महाविद्यालयों में अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षाएं ऑनलाइन आयोजित होंगी। अन्य सभी महाविद्यालयों में ऑफलाइन परीक्षाएं करवाने के संबंध में दो दिन में प्रक्रिया निर्धारित कर प्रस्तुत करे।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान मंत्रालय में यूजीसी के नवीन निर्देशों के परिप्रेक्ष्य में प्रदेश में विश्वविद्यालयीन परीक्षाओं के संबंध में बैठक ले रहे थे। बैठक में उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ मोहन यादव, तकनीकी शिक्षा मंत्री श्रीमती यशोधरा राजे सिंधिया, मुख्य सचिव श्री इकबाल सिंह बैंस, प्रमुख सचिव उच्च शिक्षा श्री अनुपम राजन, प्रमुख सचिव तकनीकी शिक्षा श्रीमती करलिन खोंगवार, आर.जी.पी.वी विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति तथा अन्य संबंधित उपस्थित थे।
30 सितम्बर तक ली जाना हैं अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षाएं
बैठक में प्रमुख सचिव श्री अनुपम राजन ने बताया कि यूजीसी के नवीन निर्देशों के अनुसार अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षाएं 30 सितम्बर तक ली जाना है। प्रथम एवं द्वितीय वर्ष में आंतरिक मूल्यांकन के आधार पर अगली कक्षा में प्रवेश दिया जाना है। अंतिम वर्ष/सेमिस्टर की परीक्षाएं ऑनलाइन/ऑफलाइन या मिश्रित तरीके से की जा सकती हैं।
तकनीकी शिक्षा में अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षाएं ऑनलाइन
तकनीकी शिक्षा मंत्री श्रीमती यशोधरा राजे सिंधिया ने बताया कि तकनीकी शिक्षा के अंतर्गत आने वाले महाविद्यालयों में ऑनलाइन आधार पर परीक्षाएं होंगी। पहले भी आर.जी.पी.वी विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आयोजित की जा चुकी है। आरजीपीवी के कुलपति ने बताया कि तकनीकी शिक्षा अंतिम वर्ष में चार प्रश्न पत्र होने हैं। विश्वविद्यालय के अंतर्गत अंतिम वर्ष में लगभग 35 हजार विद्यार्थी परीक्षा देने वाले है।
10 दिन में हो जाएगी प्रक्रिया निर्धारित
उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री श्री मोहन यादव ने बताया कि प्रदेश के महाविद्यालयों में लगभग 6 लाख विद्यार्थी हैं। इनकी ऑफलाइन परीक्षाएं लिए जाने के लिए प्रक्रिया निर्धारित की जा रही है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने निर्देश दिए कि कोरोना संकट के चलते परीक्षा इस प्रकार ली जाए कि कोरोना संक्रमण फैलने का कोई खतरा नहीं रहे। इसके लिए दो दिन में प्रक्रिया निर्धारित कर प्रस्तुत की जाए। तदनुसार निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that it has been decided in the state not to conduct first and second year undergraduate and first year examinations in postgraduate university examinations. Accordingly, admission will be given in the final year / semester based on the marks of previous examinations. Final year / semester examinations will be conducted as per the new instructions of UGC. Final year examinations will be held online in technical education colleges. Regarding conducting offline examinations in all other colleges, process should be submitted in two days.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was taking a meeting regarding university examinations in the state in view of the new instructions of UGC in the ministry. Higher Education Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Technical Education Minister Mrs. Yashodhara Raje Scindia, Chief Secretary Mr. Iqbal Singh Bains, Principal Secretary Higher Education Mr. Anupam Rajan, Principal Secretary Technical Education Mrs. Karlin Khongwar, Vice Chancellor of RGPV University And other concerned were present.
Final year examinations to be taken by 30 September
In the meeting, Principal Secretary Shri Anupam Rajan informed that as per the new instructions of UGC, final year examinations are to be taken by 30 September. Admission to the next class is to be done on the basis of internal assessment in the first and second year. Final year / semester exams can be done online / offline or in a mixed way.
Final year examinations in technical education online
Technical Education Minister Mrs. Yashodhara Raje Scindia informed that colleges under technical education will have examinations on an online basis. In the past, online examination has been conducted by RGPV University. RGPV Vice Chancellor said that there are to be four question papers in the final year of technical education. About 35 thousand students are going to take the exam in the final year under the university.
Process will be scheduled in 10 days
Higher Education Minister Mr. Mohan Yadav said that there are about 6 lakh students in the colleges of the state. The procedure is being prescribed to take their offline examinations. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that due to Corona crisis, the examination should be taken in such a way that there is no risk of spreading Corona infection. For this, the procedure should be laid out in two days. A decision will be taken accordingly.
