मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने आत्मनिर्भर मध्यप्रदेश की कार्ययोजना का प्रस्तुतीकरण देखा

शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के आत्मनिर्भर भारत के मंत्र को साकार करने के लिऐ आत्मनिर्भर मध्यप्रदेश का रोडमैप तैयार किया जा रहा है, जिसे आगामी 15 अगस्त को प्रदेश की जनता के सामने रखा जाएगा। इसके अंतर्गत उन क्षेत्रों की पहचान की जा रही है, जिनमें मध्यप्रदेश लीडर की भांति उभर सकता है। प्रदेश के प्रत्येक जिले की एक विशिष्टता की पहचान कर उसे विकसित किया जाएगा तथा विश्व स्तर पर लाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। स्व-सहायता समूहों एवं लघु, कुटीर उद्योगों के माध्यम से 'लोकल को वोकल' बनाया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान मंत्रालय में आत्मनिर्भर भारत अंतर्गत 'आत्मनिर्भर मध्यप्रदेश' की कार्ययोजना के प्रस्तुतीकरण को देख रहे थे। प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों से प्राप्त सुझावों के आधार पर यह प्रस्तुतीकरण तैयार किया गया है। बैठक में मुख्य सचिव श्री इकबाल सिंह बैंस, अपर मुख्य सचिव डॉ. राजेश राजौरा, प्रमुख सचिव श्री अशोक शाह, श्री मनीष रस्तोगी, सचिव श्री एम.सेलवेंद्रन आदि उपस्थित थे।

कच्चे माल की उपलब्धता एवं स्थानीय संसाधन आधारित उद्यम

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि आत्मनिर्भर मध्यप्रदेश योजना का एक प्रमुख बिन्दु स्थानीय स्तर पर उपलब्ध कच्चे माल एवं संसाधनों के आधार पर लघु एवं कुटीर उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देना होगा। इस कार्य में स्व-सहायता समूह महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगे। हर जिले को अलग पहचान दिलाने में स्व- सहायता समूहों की गतिविधियों का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान होगा।

निजी भूमि पर वृक्ष लगाने के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे

योजनांतर्गत किसानों को उनकी निजी भूमि पर वृक्ष लगाने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाएगा। किसानों द्वारा उनके खेतों में लगाए गए सागौन आदि के पेड़ों को काटने के लिए सरल प्रक्रिया बनाई जाएगी। मुख्य सचिव श्री बैंस ने कहा कि प्रदेश में निजी प्रयासों से वनीकरण को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

गारमेंट उद्योग को बढ़ावा देंगे

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि गारमेंट उद्योग में रोजगार की संभावनाएं बहुत अधिक है, इसे मध्यप्रदेश में अधिक से अधिक बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा। गारमेंट उद्योग स्थापित करने के लिए सरकार की तरफ से निवेशकों को विभिन्न सहूलियतें दी जाएंगी।

फूड प्रोसेसिंग में एग्रेसिव एप्रोच अपनाएं

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में जिन फसलों का उत्पादन अधिक है, उनकी प्रोसेसिंग, ग्रेडिंग, पैकेजिंग आदि के लिए एग्रेसिव एप्रोच अपनाई जाएगी। मध्यप्रदेश में फूड प्रोसेसिंग को अधिक से अधिक बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

वन नेशन-वन मार्केट

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की 'वन नेशन वन मार्केट' की अवधारणा को मध्यप्रदेश में फलीभूत करने के लिए पूरे प्रयास किए जाएंगे। इसके माध्यम से किसानों को उनकी फसल का अधिक से अधिक मूल्य मिल पाएगा।

पूर्ण सुसज्जित स्कूल खोले जाएं

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा‍कि प्रदेश के गाँव-गाँव में गुणवत्ता शिक्षा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए पूर्णत: सुसज्जित स्कूल खोले जाने की योजना है। ये स्कूल ऐसे स्थानों पर खोले जाएंगे जहां से 20-25 किलोमीटर की परिधि के गाँवों के विद्यार्थी पढ़ने आ सकें। आवागमन की अच्छी सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

सी.एस.आर. फंड के लिए नीति बनाएंगे

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आत्मनिर्भर मध्यप्रदेश के अंतर्गत सी.एस.आर फंड को प्रदेश में आकर्षित करने एवं सुनियोजित ढंग से क्रियान्वयन करने के लिए नीति बनाई जाएगी।

कैशलेस इलाज की व्यवस्था

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि आयुष्मान भारत योजना को प्रदेश में प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करके इलाज की कैशलेस व्यवस्था बनाई जाएगी।

विशेषज्ञों के साथ आयोजित होंगे वैबनार

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि आत्मनिर्भर मध्यप्रदेश के रोडमैप बनाने की प्रक्रिया में शीघ्र ही विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के विषय-विशेषज्ञों के साथ वे स्वयं वैबनार करेंगे। प्राप्त महत्वपूर्ण सुझावों को रोडमैप में सम्मिलित किया जाएगा।

 Availability of raw materials and local resource based enterprises

 Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that one of the main points of self-reliant Madhya Pradesh scheme will be to promote small and cottage industries based on locally available raw materials and resources. Self-help groups will play an important role in this task. The activities of self-help groups will play an important role in giving each district a distinct identity.

 Inspire you to plant trees on private land

 Under the scheme, farmers will be motivated to plant trees on their private land. A simple process will be made by the farmers to cut the teak etc. trees planted in their fields. Chief Secretary Mr. Bains said that afforestation will be promoted through private efforts in the state.

 Will promote the garment industry

 Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that employment potential in the garment industry is very high, it will be promoted in Madhya Pradesh more and more. Various facilities will be provided to the investors by the government for setting up the garment industry.

 Adopt aggressive approach in food processing

 Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that aggressive approach will be adopted for processing, grading, packaging etc. of crops which are more produced in the state. Food processing will be encouraged more and more in Madhya Pradesh.

 One Nation - One Market

 Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that all efforts will be made to bring forth the concept of 'One Nation One Market' by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in Madhya Pradesh. Through this, farmers will get maximum value of their crop.

 Fully equipped schools should be opened

 Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that there is a plan to open fully equipped schools to provide quality education in every village of the state. These schools will be opened at such places from where students from villages with a radius of 20-25 km can come to study. Good transport facility will be provided.

 Csr Will make policy for the fund

 The Chief Minister said that a policy will be made to attract CSR funds under self-sufficient Madhya Pradesh and implement it in a planned manner.

 Cashless treatment system

 Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that cashless system of treatment will be created by effectively implementing Ayushman Bharat scheme in the state.

 Vaibanar will be organized with experts

 Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that in the process of making a road map of self-reliant Madhya Pradesh, he will soon be doing business with subject experts from different fields. Important suggestions received will be included in the roadmap.
