स्कूल शिक्षा मंत्री ने माशिम पोर्टल एवं माशिम मोबाइल एप का लोकार्पण किया
नई शिक्षा नीति के उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करने में सार्थक होंगे माशिम पोर्टल एवं एप
स्कूल शिक्षा राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) श्री इंदर सिंह परमार ने बोर्ड ऑफिस में ई-गर्वनेंस पोर्टल, माशिम पोर्टल (mashim.nic.in) एवं माशिम मोबाइल एप का लोकार्पण किया। श्री परमार ने कहा कि यह क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन है। इससे विद्यार्थी अब बोर्ड से जुड़े हुए हर कार्य को अपने मोबाइल से ही आसानी से कर सकेंगे। इससे समय और पैसे की बचत के साथ-साथ सरलता से कार्य किये जा सकेंगे। इस व्यवस्था के साथ ही शिक्षा में परीक्षा के स्थान पर लर्निंग एवं ज्ञान पर अधिक ध्यान दिया जायेगा, जो नई शिक्षा नीति के उद्देश्यों की प्राप्ति में सार्थक साबित होगा। अब शिक्षक और अधिक स्किलफुल होकर बच्चों को आसानी से पढ़ा सकेंगे। इस व्यवस्था में बच्चे भी अपनी सुविधानुसार अपने मोबाइल या अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यमों से पढ़ सकेंगे। इस एप और पोर्टल में सभी छात्रों, शिक्षकों एवं विद्यालयों के पंजीकृत होने से एक क्लिक पर सभी जानकारी रियल टाईम में प्राप्त की जा सकेंगी। पंजीकृत विद्यालयों को ऑनलाइन शिक्षण सामग्री उपलब्ध होने पर निर्बाध पढ़ाई हो सकेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पारंपरिक शिक्षा के स्थान पर व्यावसायिक शिक्षा पर भी ध्यान दिये जाने की आवश्यकता है ताकि विद्यार्थी रोजगारोन्मुखी शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकें।
माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष श्री राधेश्याम जुलानिया ने माशिम पोर्टल एवं एप की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि मंडल के सभी कार्य अब मंडल के पोर्टल पर विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक एवं विद्यालय द्वारा अपने कम्प्यूटर, स्मार्ट-फोन से विद्यालय परिसर अथवा घर से ही किये जा सकेंगे। इससे विद्यार्थियों का निजी डाटा एवं उनके डाक्यूमेंट्स की गोपनीयता एवं सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित रहेगी। उन्होंने बताया कि यह पोर्टल शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लायेगा, साथ ही यह शिक्षा को परीक्षा केन्द्रित न होकर अधिगम (लर्निंग) एवं ज्ञान केन्द्रित बनायेगा। श्री जुलानिया ने बताया कि वार्षिक परीक्षाओं के स्थान पर वर्षभर आंतरिक मूल्यांकन कराते हुए यह सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा कि छात्र अधिकतम ज्ञान अर्जित कर सकें।
- विद्यार्थियों के लिये सुविधाएँ एवं सेवाएँ
माशिम मोबाइल एप के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को चरणबद्ध रूप में गुणवत्तायुक्त सेल्फ लर्निंग स्टडी मटेरियल उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा, साथ ही एप आधारित सतत् मूल्यांकन भी किया जायेगा। ये सभी सुविधाएँ सहज एवं रियल टाईम में उपलब्ध होंगी। यह सुविधा मिलने से विद्यार्थियों को कियोस्क जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी, जिससे डेटा और डाक्यूमेंट्स की गोपनीयता और सुरक्षा बनी रहेगी, साथ ही दुरूपयोग की संभावना नहीं होगी।
- विद्यालयों के लिये सुविधा
माशिम मोबाइल एप मंडल एवं विद्यालयों के बीच सीधे संवाद के लिये एक प्लेटफार्म की तरह कार्य करेगा, इसके लिये विद्यालयों को लॉगइन दिया जायेगा। विद्यालयों को माशिम पोर्टल एवं एप पर सहज एवं रियल टाईम में सभी सुविधाएँ, सेवाएँ एवं सूचनाएँ प्राप्त होंगी। किसी भी कार्य के लिये कियोस्क जाने की बाध्यता समाप्त होगी, विद्यालयों के समय एवं अतिरिक्त शुल्क भुगतान की बचत के साथ-साथ विद्यार्थियों के व्यक्तिगत डाटा एवं महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेजों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित होगी।
- शिक्षकों के लिये सुविधाएँ
माशिम मोबाइल एप मंडल एवं शिक्षकों के बीच सीधे संवाद के लिये एक प्लेटफार्म की तरह कार्य करेगा, इसमें सभी शासकीय एवं अशासकीय विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों को माशिम पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत कर ऑनबोर्ड किया जायेगा। इसके माध्यम से शिक्षक विद्यार्थियों के आंतरिक मूल्यांकन के लिये प्रश्न-पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे। साथ ही मूल्यांकन के अंक निर्धारित समय-सीमा में अपलोड कर सकेंगे। शिक्षकों के मूल्यांकन एवं मंडल के अन्य कार्यों की मानदेय राशि सीधे उनके बैंक खाते में ट्रांसफर की जा सकेगी।
- संस्थाओं, विद्यार्थियों एवं रोजगारदाताओं के लिये सुविधाएँ
संस्थाओं, विद्यार्थियों एवं रोजगारदाताओं को समय-समय पर अंकसूची के सत्यापन की आवश्यकता पड़ती है, जो अब मंडल के पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध होगी। डिजिटल साइनयुक्त सत्यापित अंक सूची प्राप्त भी की जा सकेगी।

School Education Minister Inaugurated Mashim Portal and Mashim Mobile App
Mashim portal and app will be meaningful in achieving the objectives of new education policy
Minister of State for School Education (Independent Charge) Shri Inder Singh Parmar inaugurated e-governance portal, Mashim portal (mashim.nic.in) and Mashim mobile app at the board office. Mr. Parmar said that this is a revolutionary change. With this, the students will now be able to do all the work connected with the board from their mobile easily. With this, time and money can be saved and things can be done easily. With this arrangement, more attention will be given to learning and knowledge in place of examination in education, which will prove to be meaningful in achieving the objectives of the new education policy. Now teachers will be more skillful and can easily teach children. In this system, children will also be able to read through their mobile or other electronic means at their convenience. With the registration of all students, teachers and schools in this app and portal, all information can be obtained in real time at one click. Registered schools will be able to have uninterrupted education when online learning materials are available. He said that instead of traditional education, attention should also be given to vocational education so that students can get employment oriented education.
Chairman of the Board of Secondary Education Shri Radheshyam Julania gave detailed information about the Mashim portal and app. He informed that all the works of the Mandal can now be done by the students, teachers and the school on the Mandal portal from their own computers, smart-phones, from the school premises or home. This will ensure the privacy and security of students' personal data and their documents. He informed that this portal will improve the quality of education, at the same time, it will make education centered on learning and knowledge rather than exam-centric. Mr. Julania said that instead of annual examinations, internal evaluation will be done throughout the year to ensure that students are able to acquire maximum knowledge.
Facilities and Services for Students
Quality self-learning study material will be made available to the students in a phased manner through the Mashim mobile app, along with app based continuous assessment. All these features will be available in Sahaj and Real Time. With this facility, students will not be required to visit the kiosk, which will maintain the confidentiality and security of data and documents, with the possibility of misuse.
Facilities for schools
The Mashim mobile app will act as a platform for direct communication between the schools and schools, for this schools will be given login. The schools will get all the facilities, services and information in the smooth and real time on the Mashim portal and app. The obligation to go to the kiosk for any work will be eliminated, saving the time of school and payment of additional fees, as well as ensuring the safety of students' personal data and important documents.
Facilities for teachers
The Mashim mobile app will act as a platform for direct communication between the board and teachers, in which teachers of all government and non-government schools will be registered and onboard on the Mashim portal. Through this, teachers will be able to download question papers for internal assessment of students. Also, the marks of evaluation will be uploaded within the stipulated time frame. The honorarium of teachers' appraisal and other works of the Board can be transferred directly to their bank account.
Facilities for Institutions, Students and Employers
Institutions, students and employers need periodic verification of marks, which will now be available online on the Mandal portal. Digitally signed verified digit list can also be obtained.
