फाइनल एग्जाम पर आज सुनवाई करेगा सुप्रीम कोर्ट यूनिवर्सिटी के फाइनल एग्जाम पर यूजीसी ने दाखिल किया जवाब ।
यूजीसी ने यूनिवर्सिटी के फाइनल एग्जाम पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में गुरुवार को अपना जवाब दाखिल कर दिया । उसने इसमें कहा है कि फाइनल ईयर की परीक्षाएं 30 सितंबर तक आयोजित कराने का मकेसद छात्रों का भविष्य संभालना है , ताकि उनकी अगले साल की पढ़ाई में देर न हो । इस मामले मेंअब शुक्रवार को सुनवाई होगी । पिछली सुनवाई में देश भर के विश्वविद्यालयों में फाइनल ईयर परीक्षा करवाने को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यूजीसी से जवाब मांगा था । कोर्ट में दायर याचिकाओं में कोरोना को लेकर छात्रों के स्वास्थ्य के मद्देनजर परीक्षा आयोजित न करने की दरख्वास्त की गई है । याचिकाओं में 6 जुलाई को जारी किए गए यूजीसी दिशानिर्देशों को रद्द करने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट से निर्देश जारी करने की मांग की गई है । 6 जुलाई को यूजीसी ने सभी विश्वविद्यालयों और कॉलेजों को 30 सितंबर तक अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षाएं आयोजित करने का निर्देश दिया था।
मध्यप्रदेश में भी फाइनल ईयर एवं अंतिम सेमेस्टर के छात्र छात्राओं द्वारा जनरल प्रमोशन की मांग लगातार उठ रही है
विद्यार्थियों का कहना है कि यदि ऑनलाइन एग्जाम होते हैं तो सभी छात्र छात्राएं ऑनलाइन एग्जाम देने की क्षमता नहीं रखते साथ ही हमारे सिलेबस कंप्लीट नहीं हुए हैं
और यदि घर से लिखकर कॉपियों को जमा करना है तो फिर परीक्षा लेने का मतलब ही क्या है जब घर से लेकर जमा करेंगे
छात्र-छात्राओं की मांग है कि अन्य कक्षा के विद्यार्थियों की तरह अंतिम वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों को भी जनरल प्रमोशन दिया
