मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि बच्चों और महिलाओं का कुपोषण दूर कर उन्हें स्वस्थ बनाए रखने में आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। कोविड-19 के दौर में इसका महत्व और भी बढ़ गया है। दूसरे विभाग भी आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों को सक्षम बनाने में सहयोग करें। अधिकारी और मंत्रीगण भी जिलों में भ्रमण के दौरान आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों का निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाएं दुरस्त करने में सहयोग प्रदान करें। पोषण अभियान की कार्ययोजना बनाकर शत-प्रतिशत परिणाम प्राप्त किए जाएं। महिला और बाल विकास की योजनाओं के जमीनी स्तर पर क्रियान्वयन को बेहतर बनाया जाए। जो कमियां दिखें उन्हें दूर किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने निर्देश दिए कि आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों पर विभिन्न व्यवस्थाएँ करने के लिए महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग विभिन्न विभागों के साथ समन्वय बढ़ाए। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने रविवार को अस्पताल से वीडियो कान्फ्रेंस द्वारा प्रदेश की आंगनवाड़ियों के संचालन की समीक्षा करते हुये ये निर्देश दिये। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि एक मूवमेंट और जन आंदोलन बनाकर कुपोषण का कलंक दूर करें। आगामी 15 अगस्त तक इसकी कार्ययोजना बनाई जाए। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि कोविड-19 की परिस्थितियों में आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं ने अच्छा कार्य किया है, जिसके लिए वे बधाई के पात्र हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि आंगनवाड़ी के माध्यम से बच्चों को पोषण आहार देने का लक्ष्य पूर्ण करें। प्रदेश में शत-प्रतिशत आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र के भवन निर्माण का लक्ष्य है। अब प्रदेश में कहीं भी, किसी घर में आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्र संचालित नहीं होंगे। इन्हें अपने भवन मिलेंगे। सामुदायिक भवन अथवा अन्य रिक्त शासकीय भवन में इसकी व्यवस्था की जाए। समीक्षा बैठक में महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग मंत्री श्रीमती इमरती देवी, मुख्य सचिव श्री इकबाल सिंह बैंस,अपर मुख्य सचिव श्री मनोज श्रीवास्तव, प्रमुख सचिव श्री अशोक शाह उपस्थित थे।
रेडी टू ईट और टेक होम राशन की व्यवस्थाएँ पुख्ता हों
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने चिरायु अस्पताल से वीसी द्वारा निर्देश दिए कि कोविड-19 के संक्रमण काल में 53 हजार 668 स्व-सहायता समूहों द्वारा तीन वर्ष से छह वर्ष की आयु के सभी बच्चों को रेडी टू ईट पूरक पोषण आहार प्रदाय करने का कार्य सुचारू रूप से संचालित हो। लोकल फॉर वोकल के क्रियान्वयन के अंतर्गत रेडी टू ईट की व्यवस्था की गई है। इसी प्रावधान के अनुसार सभी पात्र हितग्राहियों को प्रत्येक 15 दिवस के अंतराल से टेक होम राशन प्रदाय की पुख्ता व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। इसके लिए आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता गंभीरता से अपना दायित्व पूरा करें। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि बच्चों का वजन लेकर उनके पोषण स्तर की निगरानी और टीकाकरण भी नियत स्थानों पर छोटे-छोटे समूहों में किया जा रहा है। आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता लोगों के निवास जाकर कोरोना संक्रमण से बचाव का परामर्श भी प्रदान करें। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कोरोना संक्रमण काल में पलायन कर मध्यप्रदेश में आए परिवारों के पात्र हितग्राहियों को पूरक पोषण आहार प्रदाय की जानकारी भी प्राप्त की।
त्रि-स्तरीय रणनीति पर हो कार्य
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा है कि महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग त्रि-स्तरीय रणनीति तैयार कर कार्यों का संपादन सुनिश्चित करें। तत्काल किए जाने वाले कार्य, अल्पकालीन लक्ष्य और दीर्घकालीन लक्ष्य निर्धारित किए जाएं। तिमाही, छमाही और सालाना लक्ष्य बनाए जा सकते हैं। आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों के निरीक्षण के लिए सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी आधारित पद्धति विकसित की जाए। इसे सिंगल सिटीजन डाटाबेस से भी जोड़ा जा सकता है। बेहतर मानीटरिंग सिस्टम होने से आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों की भूमिका और भी महत्वपूर्ण हो जाएगी।
आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों की कमियाँ दूर कर उनकी उपयोगिता बढ़ाएं
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों की कमियाँ दूर कर उनकी उपयोगिता बढ़ाई जाए। केन्द्रों में पेयजल व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। इसके लिए हैण्डपम्प स्थापना और पाईप लाइन से जल प्रदाय की संभावना का अध्ययन कर व्यवस्था की जाए। जिन केन्द्रों में किचन शेड और शौचालय नहीं है, वहाँ इनकी व्यवस्था के लिए प्रयास हों। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग को स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के अंतर्गत इन व्यवस्थाओं को सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को भी आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों के बेहतर संचालन के लिए सक्रिय रहने को कहा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि नई शिक्षा नीति के संदर्भ में आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्र के स्तर तक प्रायमरी पूर्व शिक्षा की व्यवस्था एक चुनौती है, जिसे स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के साथ समन्वय कर अच्छे परिणाम प्राप्त करने के उद्देश्य से प्रयास किए जाएं।
आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों की महत्वपूर्ण सेवाएं
समीक्षा बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों की छह महत्वपूर्ण सेवाओं में पूरक पोषण आहार, पोषण एवं स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य जाँच, टीकाकरण, शाला पूर्व शिक्षा और संदर्भ सेवाएं शामिल हैं। केन्द्र के हितग्राहियों में छह माह से तीन वर्ष के बच्चे, तीन से छह वर्ष तक के बच्चे, 11 से 14 वर्ष की शालात्यागी किशोरी बालिकाएँ, गर्भवती माताएँ, धात्री माताएँ शामिल हैं। प्रदेश में 84 हजार 465 आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्र और 12 हजार 670 मिनी आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्र इस तरह कुल 97 हजार 135 आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्र संचालित हैं। केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार के 50-50 प्रतिशत के अंश से संचालित इन केन्द्रों को 3409 सेक्टर में विभाजित किया गया है। प्रदेश के 313 विकासखण्डों में केन्द्र संचालित हैं।

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said that Anganwadi centers have an important role in eliminating malnutrition of children and women and keeping them healthy. Officers and ministers should also assist in correcting the arrangements by inspecting the Anganwadi centers during the tour in the districts. 100 percent results can be obtained by preparing an action plan for nutrition campaign. Implementation of women and child development schemes at the grassroots level should be improved. Whatever deficiencies are seen should be removed. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that the Women and Child Development Department should increase coordination with various departments to make various arrangements at Anganwadi centers. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan gave these instructions while reviewing the operation of Anganwadis of the state by video conference from the hospital on Sunday. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the stigma of malnutrition should be removed by creating a movement and mass movement. Its action plan should be prepared by next August 15. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Anganwadi workers have done a good job under the circumstances of Kovid-19, for which they deserve congratulations.

Ready to eat and take home ration arrangements
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed the VC from Chirayu Hospital that during the transition period of Kovid-19, 53 thousand 668 self-help groups to provide ready-to-eat nutritional supplements to all children between the age of three to six years Be operated with. Work on a three-tier strategy
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has said that the Women and Child Development Department should prepare a three-level strategy and ensure the editing of works. Work to be done immediately, short term goals and long term goals should be set. Quarter, half year and yearly targets can be set. Information technology based system should be developed for inspection of Anganwadi centers. It can also be linked to a single citizen database. With better monitoring system, the role of Anganwadi centers will become even more important.
Increase the usefulness of Anganwadi centers by removing their drawbacks
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the utility of Anganwadi centers should be removed and their utility increased. Drinking water arrangements should be ensured in the centers. For this, arrangements should be made after studying the possibility of hand pump installation and water supply from the pipeline. In centers where there are no kitchen sheds and toilets, efforts should be made to arrange them. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed the Panchayat and Rural Development Department to ensure these arrangements under the Clean India Mission. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan also asked the Health Department to be active for better operation of Anganwadi centers. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that in the context of the new education policy, the system of primary education up to the level of Anganwadi center is a challenge, which should be coordinated with the school education department and efforts should be made to achieve good results.
Important services of Anganwadi centers
It was informed in the review meeting that the six important services of Anganwadi centers include supplementary nutritious food, nutrition and health education, health screening, vaccination, pre-school education and reference services. The beneficiaries of the center include children from six months to three years, children from three to six years, girls aged 11 to 14 years old, adolescent girls, pregnant mothers, nursing mothers. In the state, 84 thousand 465 Anganwadi centers and 12 thousand 670 mini Anganwadi centers are operated in this way, a total of 97 thousand 135 Anganwadi centers.
